Associate Director Program

Help the Board of Directors shape Rapport for the next generation of Members as an Associate Director

As part of the 2024 youth engagement strategy, Rapport’s Board of Directors is looking to recruit up to three Associate Directors representing our members under 35 from all groups within our communities, from many backgrounds and with varied experiences - to help us to better serve our members with fresh ideas and perspectives.

The Associate Director Program helps potential new Directors develop their knowledge and skills while helping Rapport grow and respond to the next generation of members’ needs.

As an Associate Director, you’ll step into a world where your expertise, ideas, and vision can create a positive ripple effect for Rapport and our members. Collaborate with a diverse group of accomplished professionals, each dedicated to a shared purpose. Your voice will influence crucial decisions, guide strategic initiatives, and fuel progress towards our mission.
