Special Vote and Meeting of Members

Member Voting is Now Open until July 29, 2024 at 11:59 pm!

A Special Vote by members will be held between July 19 and July 29 to consider approval of, and a Meeting of the Members will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at 4:00 PM to announce the results of, Rapport Credit Union joining with WFCU Credit Union, and two amendments to facilitate the closing of the Agreement, one for the Credit Union By-Laws to reduce quorum from 50 members to 25 members, and the other to the Credit Union Articles of Amalgamation to redeem all Class B Shares, Series 1.

There will be no voting during the Meeting, but simply a formal announcement of the results. All voting will be held ahead of the Meeting online and in-branch between July 19, 2024 and July 29, 2024.

Members who are holders of Class B Shares, Series 1 (referred to as Patronage Shares on member’s statement or online account) will have to register for and vote a second time to approve the Agreement and the amendments to the Articles of Amalgamation during the July 19 to July 29 Voting Period. Holders of Class B Shares, Series 1 Voting is Now Open until July 29, 2024 at 11:59 pm!

A Special Vote by Holders of Class B Shares, Series 1 (referred to as Patronage Shares on member's statements or online account) will be held on July 19 to July 29 to consider, and a Meeting of the Holders of Class B Shares, Series 1 will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at 4:30 PM to announce the results of, Rapport Credit Union joining with WFCU Credit Union and an amendment to the Articles of Amalgamation to redeem all Class B Shares, Series 1 to facilitate the closing of the transaction.

There will be no voting during the Meeting, but simply a formal announcement of the results. All voting will be held ahead of the Meeting online and in-branch between July 19, 2024 and July 29, 2024.
