Potential Postal Strike – Notice to Members

If there is an interruption of postal services, members who receive paper statements or who mail in cheques or bill payments to vendors will be affected as you will not be able to send or receive any of your banking information through the mail.

We can offer the following options to help you during this time.

Online Banking

Rapport’s online banking is safe and secure – one less thing to worry about when you are taking care of your money. As a member, you can access your accounts, transfer funds, pay bills, check your balances and download your statements all from the comfort of your home, office or any handheld wireless device.

Mobile Banking

You can do most of your banking anytime, anywhere - from the convenience of your mobile phone.  To get the app, you can download the Apple iOS app here on the Apple iTunes® App Store and the Android app here on Google Play app store.

Logging in is easy, all you need is your member number and the same online banking password you currently use.  To sign up for online banking please contact our Member Assistance team at 416 314 6772, 1 888 516 6664 or help@rapportcu.ca.

Telephone Banking

Rapport’s telephone banking service gives you from the comfort of your phone another way to make your everyday banking transactions such as hearing current balances, making transfers and or paying bills. As a Rapport member, this free service is easy to set up, simply call Member Assistance to get started.   To access our Telephone Banking services please call 416 325 6818 or 1 800 387 0602.

Collabria Credit Cards

Members with Collabria VISA or Mastercards can continue to make payments by their due date during any postal disruption through online banking, in branch or by calling Member Assistance. 

Credit card balances, payment amounts, minimum payments, due dates and electronic statements are available through https://rapportcreditunion.mycardinfo.com/ or by calling Card Services at 1-855-341-4643.
